The Transportation Infrastructure for LVCVA is important for any mixed-use Hotel, Commercial or multi-family development. Because Transportation Infrastructure is key to project revenue and return on investment. As a result of being in the neighborhood of the Las Vegas Convention Center the offered development sites have a Great Transportation Infrastructure.
The Development Sites on Sierra Vista Drive are between Swenson Street on the East and Paradise Road on the west. The distance between Paradise Road and Swenson Street is approximately 2,500 feet.

Paradise Road
Paradise Road is an Arterial Road. The Corner of Paradise Road and Swenson Street Has the 14 Story 518 room Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel and has an entrance to the Wynn Hotels and hosts the Convention Center Mono Rail Station
Sierra Vista Drive
The North side of Sierra Vista is bounded by the 14 Story 518 room Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel on Paradise Road and on the Metro Police Station on Swenson Street in between is Convention Center Parking The south side as the new Hampton Inn, Under Construction, on Paradise Road and except for one vacant lot apartments from 40-59 years old that cover the south side of Sierra Vista Drive up to Paradise Road. This is where the development sites are located
Swenson Street
Swenson street is an Collector Road with a bus stop and will be a location for one of the Las Vegas Convention Center People Mover Stations. The North Side of Sierra Vista Drive and Swenson Street is a Metro Police Station and on the South Side is a 250 room Hampton Inn & Suites and HOME2 Suites by Hilton under construction. Behind the Hampton is a planned 300-unit multi-family structure.
Public Transportation
Bus
Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) operates a robust bus system that has 41 routes and offers an inexpensive bike share program. Bus stops at Swenson Street and Sierra Vista and Paradise Road and Desert Inn Road make most destination minutes away.
The “DEUCE” is a bus route that traverses Las Vegas Blvd.
Deuce runs up and down the Vegas strip, 24 hours a day from the Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas all the way to the Mandalay Bay, while stopping at virtually every hotel and casino along the Las Vegas strip and runs approximately every 12 to 15 minutes during the day and evening, and every 15 to 21 minutes in the early morning hours

Walking distance to the Convention Center Mono Rail Station is approximately 2,300 feet and walking time of 11 minutes. The Mono Rail provides transportation to most Las Vegas Strip Hotels and access to the New Raiders Football Stadium

The Las Vegas Convention Center has awarded the Boring Company a $48.7 million contract for a project to shuttle people in an underground loop system around the 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center.
The People Mover will move a minimum of 4,400 people per hour
Construction will start immediately with completion prior to the January 2021 CES show
The significance of this project for the development sites is that it provides a fast transportation corridor to Las Vegas Blvd and the new mega venues Resorts World and Drew as well as the Las Vegas Convention Center. The South Hall Terminal is a 5-10 walk from the Development Sites
While the project is limited for now, the project could someday connect downtown, the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Las Vegas Boulevard Resort Corridor and McCarran International Airport.
