Because the offered development sites are in the Sewer Infrastructure LVCVA (Las Vegas Convention Center Neighborhood) capacity is in place for existing structures. New construction will replace existing structures in the redevelopment area. Currently on the south side of Sierra Vista there are 550 apartment units to be redeveloped. The north side which had a similar number is now a LVCVA Parking lot and will remain as such.
