Construction Activity LVCVA Neighborhood is robust as supporting infrastructure expands. Do to the expansion of The Las Vegas Convention Center this activity is necessary. Because of the increased traffic for the World Business Center, centered on the Las Vegas Convention Center, this construction is necessary and appreciated.
Most noteworthy is beginning of redevelopment on Sierra Vista. Construction has started, as projects are completed, we expect land prices to rise significantly.

Activity LVCVA has increased the value of investments in the neighborhood. In May 2018 the 14 story 548 room Renaissance Hotel 3400 PARADISE RD, corner of Paradise Road and Sierra Vista Drive sold for $177 Million

Convention Center People Mover (Loop)

The Boring Company has been selected by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) to enter into exclusive contract negotiations to design, construct, and operate a Loop system for the Las Vegas Convention Center. The South Hall Station is a 5-10 Walk from the development sites.

Metro Police Station Expansion

The Las Vegas Convention Center has approved a 10-million-dollar expansion of the Metro Police Station on the corner of Sierra Vista and Swenson Street. Construction is expected to start in 2019

A replacement for the imploded Clarion hotel Clark County commissioners gave the green light for a 45-story, 720-room non-gaming five-star luxury hotel at 305 Convention Center Drive. The 6-acre project would also feature restaurants, 10 floors of convention and meeting space, and a so-called wellness medical spa that would offer “executive physicals” where patrons could get nutritional and exercise regimens. The project, Majestic Las Vegas, is slated to cost $850 million, The developers Expects to break ground in April or May of 2020 and finish in the first quarter of 2023.
